If I've already been working with a client for awhile, is it too late to change this?

No. It's never too late to fix what's. already broken. You’ll learn how to reset expectations with existing clients in a way that doesn’t create unnecessary tension or risk the relationship.

Will this make me seem difficult or less flexible?

Not at all. It does the opposite. Clients lose trust when expectations are unclear or constantly shifting.
